IUSA Spring Day of Service
Saturday, 13th May
10.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m
St Mary’s Senior Elderly Care Centre,
Richmond Hill, Lower Rathmines Road,
Dublin 6
Please join us to help make a difference for an older person in need.
You are invited to join volunteers from the IUSA, the Embassy and the Youth Council to transform the outside areas of a St Mary’s elderly housing complex in Dublin 6.
How you can help………….
1) Volunteer your time:
Morning shift, 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Afternoon shift, 1:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.
You are also welcome to come all day!
We will be performing the following tasks:
- Planting and gardening the grounds
- Fixing of walls, benches, and fencing; and
- General scrubbing, cleaning, and washing of outside, sills, steps, railings, and paths.
2) Donate to the gifts appeal:
The following donations will be collected on the day:
- Plants
- New Garden Furniture
